COMO CONCORRER / SUBMIT A FILM

1. Inscrição
Deverá ser feita on-line em:
Este formulário, após a submissão, deverá ser impresso e assinado.
2. Cópia para selecção
Só serão admitidas cópias em DVD.
As cópias deverão ter legendas em inglês, excepto se a versão original for em Português ou Inglês.
Filmes em língua portuguesa, deverão ser entregues com um ficheiro em formato digital, adicional, com todo o texto contido no filme.
A cópia para selecção deverá ser igual à cópia para exibição.
As cópias para selecção não serão devolvidas, excepto se o realizador assim o requerer e as despesas serão da sua responsabilidade.
3. Nota de Intenções Artísticas
Descrição sumária sobre o processo criativo do filme submetido.
Dado o Temps d’Images não ser um festival de cinema, mas sim de cruzamentos de artes performativas, é do maior interesse aprofundar os processos criativos de artistas de diferentes disciplinas aquando do trabalho conjunto.
O Festival Temps d’Images explora e questiona a motivação dos criadores/ realizadores na aproximação da arte no cinema, da arte em geral e dos seus próprios processos criativos.
A Cópia para selecção, o formulário de inscrição devidamente datado e assinado e a nota de intenções artísticas deverão ser enviados para:

Inscrições após esta data, ou incompletas não serão aceites.
Verifique se o DVD é legível num leitor de DVD Região Europeia 2, ou Região Universal 0.
Não são necessárias taxas de inscrição.
Por favor leia o regulamento antes da inscrição.
O anúncio oficial dos filmes seleccionados será exibido no site do Festival Temps d’Images até dia 15 de Outubro 2011.
Para os filmes seleccionados será necessário o envio de material adicional como:
- fotografias do realizador,
- 2 imagens (stills) do filme,
- biografia/filmografia do realizador,
- ficha técnica,
- texto constante no filme,
- outro material promocional, caso exista

SUBMIT A FILM
Due to limited budgets the selected films will be screened only on DVDs in original language with Portuguese subtitles.
The film submission consists of three components:
1. Inscriptions have to be made on-line on the website, then downloaded, printed and signed

2. A preview copy. Only DVD is accepted. Film submissions have to have subtitles in English if the film's language is not English. In the case of films of Portuguese language, the text of the film has to be attached as digital file to enable non-Portuguese members of the jury to preview the film. The preview copy has to be identical with the final screening copy.
The preview copies will not be returned or, if requested, to the expenses of the film maker.
3. A director's statement about the creative process of his film on art. Since Temps d'Images is not a film festival rather than an art and performance festival, it is interested in the work process and the implications when artists of different disciplines creating work together. The director's statement is seen as a contribution to this specific character of the festival. Temps d'Images is interested in director's approach on art in film, art in general, creative process and so on.
The preview copy, together with the printed and signed inscription form and the director's statement has to be sent to the festival Temps D'Images latest until 15th of July 2011 to the following adress:

Later entries or entries which miss one of these three parts are in no way accepted. Please check that your DVD is properly working on a regular DVD player and capable of being played within the European DVD zone. No entry fees are requested.
We appreciate early submissions! Please read the regulations before submitting.The announcement of the award winners will be made on the our website in 15th of October 2011.
If the film is selected, additional materials for the selected films, such as photo of the director, two stills from the film, biography/filmography of the director, list of credits, text of the film, other promotional material if existing, have to reach the festival latest on 15th of October 2011.
